Yomer Wood is a beautiful, peaceful wood offering real, old fashioned camping in a secluded spot within the unspoilt village of Lee, close to the stunning North Devon coast.

Yomer Wood offers camping in the old fashioned way. Almost wild, your pitch will be free of human neighbours – however, badgers, foxes, deer and the like may well drop by! You will have the freedom to cook on an open fire, paddle in the streams and pond and just enjoy the peace listening to the birdsong.

Facilities are minimal – a compost loo and the stream for a shower, with a very small number of cleared pitches in different parts of our woodland. The site is car free.  Roadside parking is available and then you need to carry your tent to the pitch (though we can usually loan you the festival trolley).  Its about 10 minutes and a bit of a slope – but it’s well worth it!

Rates vary depending on Pitch size and are from £25 including two adults per night with additional adults and children charged at £10/6.  The whole site can be booked for groups of 10 or more adults – contact us for more details.  Sorry, but we do not accept dogs.  Please send us a message if you’re interested!
