Just a shout out to say – we’re open for campers for 2026! Whilst the Easter weather may have left us wondering if spring would ever arrive, it doesn’t seem to have held back the spring blooms. The bluebells are out in full – a good two weeks ahead of last year – and their scent is all enveloping. The fruit trees are bursting into blossom and we have planted a few hundred trees of many varieties over the last couple of months to boost the biodiversity in the woods – all are doing really well, thriving perhaps on the last warm but wet weeks. So, all is good and we look forward to welcoming some ‘wild’ campers this spring and summer.

You can reserve individual pitches or the entire site if you have a party of 10 or more. We have many groups who return year on year to just spend a few days in a small, woodland paradise they can call their own. Yomer offers peace and privacy and a short walk to our beautiful local village (with pub) and the pretty bay for swimming. The facilities include a covered firepit area, a compost loo and stream shower, but the bit our campers love most is the simplicity of camping as it use to be – no cars, no floodlights, no neighbours, just the chance to be close to nature with some of your best friends (and maybe some new fur or feathered ones) and have a beer and a home cooked meal around the firepit.
